Jefferson County EIDA Sites Receive National Recognition

The Jefferson County Economic & Industrial Development Authority (JCEIDA) proudly announces that two of its Norfolk Southern rail-served industrial development sites have received national recognition through the Site Selectors Guild’s REDI Sites program. Both sites are located at JeffMet Park in McCalla, Alabama. The RedRock South (NS) Site, encompassing 102.63 acres, was awarded a REDI Sites ‘Bronze’ designation, while the Cowley Site, which spans 140 acres and is expandable to 190 acres, received a REDI Sites ‘Emerging’ designation.
